Merged Image Orders:

The processing time for each order can vary significantly based on the quality and complexity of the images provided. Higher quality images generally result in quicker completion times.

If you require your order by a specific date, please include a note with your request. While I will make every effort to accommodate your deadline, please understand that I simply cannot guarantee timely delivery for all orders.

Restoration Images:

The time required for each order depends on the extent of restoration needed and its position in the order queue. If you require your order by a specific date, kindly include a note with your request. While I will make every effort to meet your deadline, please be aware that timely delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Slate Products:

All of my slates are hand-cut, ensuring that no two are exactly alike. As a natural product, slates may contain small imperfections such as black dots or minor lumps, which are considered normal by the supplier. I will do my best to minimize these imperfections.

Digital Only:

Please be aware that any orders placed for a Digital only image are just that. Digital. You will receive an email with your edited photograph, no physical item will be delivered to you

Refund Policy:

After your order and the required edits have been made, you will be sent a proof image to approve. If you are unhappy with what I have been able to do, you can request changes or a refund and we will cancel the order.

Shipping:

I offer worldwide shipping.

Proof Images:

Please check your email spam folder periodically, as emails may occasionally be directed there. Once you approve your proof image, your order will be pressed onto the physical product and cannot be altered. Ensure that you are completely satisfied with the proof image before giving your consent to proceed. Any issues with the image after proof approval cannot be rectified. 

Not checking your spam/junk folder is the reason why I can't guarantee delivery dates.

Customs and Duty:

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import and customs fees upon entry into the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying these fees, as this is standard practice when ordering from another country.

Telephone number and Email:

I have asked customers to leave an email address and a mobile telephone number when ordering, the mobile number is only so i can contact you if you don't reply to the email of your proof image.
