Can you merge family members into one photo?
Yes. This is one of our most popular services. We can bring loved ones together in one image, even if they were never photographed together originally.
What type of photos should I send?
Clear, high-quality photos work best. Try to send images where faces are not blurry, covered, heavily filtered, or too far away. The better the photos you provide, the better the final result will be.
Can you use old or damaged photos?
Yes, in many cases. We can often work with older, lower-quality, or damaged photos, but the final result will depend on the quality of the images provided.
Can I request changes?
Yes. If something needs adjusting, please let us know. We want you to be happy with your finished artwork.
How long does it take?
Turnaround times can vary depending on how busy we are and the complexity of your order. Most orders are completed as quickly as possible while still giving each piece the care it deserves.
Will my artwork look realistic?
Realism is always the goal. Every piece is carefully edited to make the final image look natural, balanced, and believable.
Do you print and send the artwork?
Yes. We offer finished printed products, carefully packed before dispatch. During busy periods, Wayne’s wife helps with admin and packing to make sure orders are sent out smoothly.
Where are you based?
Glossyimages is based in County Durham, North East England.
Who creates the artwork?
All artwork is personally created by Wayne. Glossyimages is a small family-run business, not a large production company.

Can I order as a gift?
Yes. Our personalised artwork makes a meaningful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and many other occasions.
What if I’m not sure which photos to use?
Send the best photos you have. If there is an issue with the images, we’ll let you know and guide you where possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each order is personalised and created specifically for you, refunds may not be available once work has started. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help put things right.
